Welcome to the Algal Biotechnology for Wales Knowledge Transfer Centre.
The KTC was launched on 1st April 2010, and has been funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and European Regional Development Funds through the Academic Expertise for Business (A4B) programme.
The project, based at the Centre for Sustainable Aquaculture at Swansea University, will provides businesses with:

up-to-date information and advice on microalgal bio-technologies, regulatory frameworks and markets;

access to industry-focused research and technological development to assist with the development of new products, processes, and services;

access to demonstration and training facilities.
